Road Trip Time!

For Megan's B-Day trip this year we went to Santa Barbara. We spent 4 nights about a half mile from Santa Barbara Marina. It was a nice walking distance to get to some of the restaurants and walk around the marina and check out the boats. While we were the we took a tour around the area, did a kayaking tour and also a sunset cruise.

One of our trips to the marina we were watching the sail boats all grouped together and then spotted some dolphins, unfortunatly they were moving fast enough it was hard to get pictures of them when they went by but there were at least 2 groups we saw.

Megan wanted to go to Solvang, a little town that is all Danish themed, it wasn't that far from where we were staying so we went twice to walk around and check out some shops, they had a Vikings Museum that was pretty sad and was just the size of a storage closet, luckily it was only $5 but it was pretty sad to be called a Museum. We bought some pastries that we had for breakfast for the last couple days of the trip.
